The gals are recovering from what has (arguably) been one of the most intensely challenging Samhain seasons yet.  They're both ready for some downtime as their thoughts turn to the coming days of winter in Western North Carolina.  There's still alot to do, but the old traditions are calling..
Alicia talks about her new mast cell discoveries & offers a tip for those who may be looking for a Doctor to help them with their own mast cell diagnosis/treatment.  She reports on the new goings on with The Current Residents band (it's all good)!  
We find out Byron has cold feet how she deals with it.  They go on to talk some more about Samhain.  They didnt have the energy to talk about Asheville, but we do hear a little about Byron's card reading.  A few more quick stories & then it's on to confession time!
