Byron is advising folks (one more time) to get some supplies laid in for the winter and to just have a grain of common sense. She went to three different stores today & is going to cook a frozen pizza for supper & is working on a candy roaster as they speak. The gals are recovering from what has (arguably) been one of the most intensely challenging Samhain seasons yet.  They're both ready for some downtime as their thoughts turn to the coming days of winter in Western North Carolina.  There's still alot to do, but the old traditions are calling..
Alicia talks about her new mast cell discoveries & offers a tip for those who may be looking for a Doctor to help them with their own mast cell diagnosis/treatment.  She reports on the new goings on with The Current Residents band (it's all good)!
