It's time for the Dieties to come out & do their job!  At least that's Byron's opinion is concerning Covid during this long-distance conversation.  She's angry (about lots of things) & it's showing.  In the midst of her rant, she comes up with a brilliant idea to fix it...Meanwhile, Alicia tries to distract her wtih mental images of Puton's physique.  Needless to say, Byron will not be distracted in her fury, as it feeds the creative juices flowing through her mind, & she soon comes up with yet another brilliant idea (this time for a book).

Byron's been traveling...and singing.  During the conversation she creates a bluegrass song (about Catdog) on the fly...The conversation moves along at a good clip, covering a range of topics from vintage local Weathermen to helping each other out.  Alicia talks about her group of friends & watching them pass along help (in the form of money) to each other.  They reminisced about local & vintage fundraisers:  bake sales, spaghetti suppers, fish frys, ramps & catfish, boar meat barbeque, womanless weddings...etc.

Byron bought a new camp chair. and it took DAYS for her to get packed up for this round of travel.  Alicia is back from her quick trip & is lamenting about how she's lost the art of packing.  THey are feeling kind of spunky & record the entire first part of the podcast while thay were simultaneously recording on Facebook Live, making for a strange kind of digital weaving in and out of coherent conversation.  Talk eventually gets around to the subject of food...
